To carry out recruiting, immigration assistance, and payroll operations, we collect personal and professional data from job seekers and corporate clients, including:

  • Candidate Profile Data: Full name, age, address, email, telephone numbers, and copy of passport or ID cards.
  • Professional Background: Resume/CV, certificates of education, verification of previous employment, salary history, and trade test qualifications.
  • Biometric & Medical Clearance: Medical check results required by Gamca / GCC guidelines for immigration clearance.
  • Client Data: Corporate name, address, tax registrations, executive contact details, and hiring parameters.

2. How We Use Your Data

We process candidate and employer information for standard recruiting operations, specifically to:

  • Match candidate profiles with job openings submitted by international/GCC employers.
  • Submit CVs and credentials to corporate client hr teams for selection and interview scheduling.
  • Initiate visa endorsement, travel coordination, and emigration clearance with the Ministry of External Affairs.
  • Manage payroll, taxation filings, and benefits administration for domestic staffing recruits.

3. Data Sharing & Third-Party Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade candidate details. Your information is only shared with authorized entities, such as:

  • Prospective employers who have contracted us for manpower recruitment.
  • Governmental bodies (Emigration offices, ministries, embassies) for visa and work permit processing.
  • Approved medical clinics and vocational trade testing centers.

4. Data Security Measures

N B Enterprises Services deploys robust electronic, physical, and operational protocols to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or exposure of candidate CVs and documentation. Only authorized recruitment officers and compliance coordinators have access to our secure servers.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain candidate CVs in our active database for up to 3 years from candidate registration or last interaction. Candidates may contact us at any time to request the removal of their personal details from our talent pipeline by emailing: career.nbenterprise@gmail.com.
