Welcome to N B Enterprises Services. By accessing this website or engaging our recruitment and manpower consultancy services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Scope
N B Enterprises Services provides recruitment consultancy, executive search, bulk hiring, local placement, and payroll processing. Our services are directed toward:
- Job Candidates: Sourcing CVs, scheduling interviews, trade testing assistance, and executing emigration/visa stampings.
- Corporate Clients: Presenting qualified candidates, organizing recruitment drives, and managing payroll administration services.
2. Candidate Representations
Candidates submitting resumes/CVs, educational certificates, passports, or previous experience records represent that all details are accurate, truthful, and complete. N B Enterprises Services reserves the right to terminate processing or withdraw candidate submissions if any documentation is found to be forged, inaccurate, or misleading.
3. No Charging Policy for Overseas Candidates
In accordance with the guidelines set forth by the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Government of India, N B Enterprises Services does not demand or accept any illegal commissions or unauthorized fees from candidates for job placements. Service fees, where applicable, are charged directly to hiring employers or collected in strict accordance with government-stipulated caps.
4. Corporate Client Agreements
Hiring clients engaging N B Enterprises Services must execute a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA) defining specific commercial terms, credit lines, guarantee periods, and position categories. In the event of a conflict between these website terms and the signed SLA, the terms of the SLA shall prevail.
5. Intellectual Property
The logo, design structure, CSS style patterns, graphics, icons, and page text on this website are the property of N B Enterprises Services and are protected by international copyright laws. Any unauthorized replication, scraping, or distribution of this content is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
N B Enterprises Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from a candidate's failure to obtain a visa, embassy delays, or changes in immigration policies in GCC countries or the home country. Recruitment outcomes are subject to final embassy clearance and client selection panels.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of the use of this website or our recruitment services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maharajganj, Uttar Pradesh, India.
