OPERATIONAL PIPELINE

Our Structured Deployment Procedure

Demand & SLA Receipt

The process initiates when the hiring client provides their manpower demand (categories, numbers, salaries) along with visa allocations and signs our service agreement.

Sourcing & Headhunting

We browse our extensive candidate database, publish openings in print/digital media, and organize local sourcing drives to identify appropriate candidates.

Initial Sifting & Screening

Candidates undergo initial interviews by our technical panels to verify qualifications, GCC experience, and check their resume details.

Vocational Trade Testing

Technicians (welders, pipefitters, electricians) are evaluated at authorized trade testing centers to physically verify their skill sets and productivity.

Client Selection Panel

We present sifted candidates to the client's interview panel for physical or virtual final assessment. Selected candidates receive instant offer letters.

GAMCA Medical Check

Selected candidates undergo medical clearance at GCC-approved GAMCA centers. Fit medical certification is mandatory for visa endorsement.

Visa Endorsement & Stamping

We submit passports and medical cards to the respective embassies (e.g. Saudi Embassy in Delhi/Mumbai) for official visa stamping.

Emigration Clearance

Stamped documents and employment contracts are submitted on the eMigrate portal (Ministry of External Affairs) to obtain official travel approval.

Pre-Departure & Deployment

Candidates attend our pre-departure briefing on local laws, labor terms, and cultural rules. We book ticketing and coordinate flight logistics for mobilization.
